Election Rigging: Peter Obi Files Complaint with the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal

In response to the announcement made by the electoral commission that Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress was the victor in the presidential election, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has lodged a complaint with the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.

Obi and the LP are listed as the case’s plaintiffs, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC are listed as the defendants. The petition bears the designation CA/PEC/02m/2023.
