These are not abstract ideas\u2014we are seeing real outcomes,\u201d Idris declared.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1463\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1465\" students<\/strong> benefitting from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFund)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1837\"><strong data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1807\">\u20a6200 billion support fund<\/strong> for nano and micro businesses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1914\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1914\"><strong data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1867\">$450 million investment<\/strong> in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) infrastructure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1986\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1986\">Creation of <strong data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1986\">new ministries for Livestock and Regional Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2105\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2105\">Launch of <strong data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2013\">CreditCorp<\/strong>, giving Nigerians access to affordable credit for housing, healthcare, and daily essentials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2359\">The Minister described the country as a <strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2175\">\u201cvast construction site\u201d<\/strong>, citing the <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2238\">Lagos-Calabar and Badagry-Sokoto superhighways<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2263\">Kano-Kaduna Railway<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2305\">Alau Dam rehabilitation in Borno<\/strong> as examples of equitable infrastructure distribution.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2364\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2408\"><strong data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2408\">Improving Macroeconomic Indicators<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2467\">Idris cited new macroeconomic data showing real progress:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2747\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2554\">\n<p class=\"\" data-end=\"2630\"><strong data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2604\">Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) commitments<\/strong> surpassed <strong data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2630\">$50 billion<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2683\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2683\"><strong data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2657\">Diaspora remittances<\/strong> reached <strong data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2683\">$21.9 billion<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2747\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2747\"><strong data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2721\">Nollywood&#8217;s contribution to GDP<\/strong> hit over <strong data-start=\"2731\" data-end=\"2747\">\u20a6730 billion<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2895\">\u201cThese are not just statistics\u2014they are real outcomes reflecting renewed investor confidence and the resilience of Nigerians,\u201d the minister noted.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2900\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2959\"><strong data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2959\">Public Relations as a Tool for National Messaging<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2961\" data-end=\"3133\">Idris urged public relations professionals to become <strong data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3054\">\u201ccentral agents of national renewal\u201d<\/strong>, leveraging values-driven storytelling to project Nigeria\u2019s progress globally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3317\">He announced the <strong data-start=\"3152\" data-end=\"3205\">National Strategic Communication Framework (NSCF)<\/strong> as a new initiative by his ministry to deliver <strong data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3289\">coherent and effective messaging<\/strong> about national development.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3319\" data-end=\"3322\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3382\"><strong data-start=\"3328\" data-end=\"3382\">Governor Eno: Tinubu Inherited the Economic Crisis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3546\">Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3431\">Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno<\/strong> voiced support for President Tinubu, stating that the <strong data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3545\">current economic challenges predated his administration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3548\" data-end=\"3762\">Speaking to journalists in Abuja after a meeting with <strong data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3636\">Vice President Kashim Shettima<\/strong>, Eno praised Tinubu\u2019s performance during his first two years, describing them as \u201cwonderful\u201d He inherited them.
