In a statement signed by his son, Cheta Chinwoke Mbadinuju, the deceased’s family announced his passing.<\/p>\n
Cheta stated that the former governor passed away after a brief illness at the “National Hospital Abuja.”<\/p>\n
“Notification of the Transition of DR Chinwoke Mbadinuju (ODERA)” is the title of this document.<\/p>\n
It reads, “With sorrowful hearts but utmost gratitude to God for a life well lived, we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and associate, Dr. Chinwoke Mbadinuju, former governor of Anambra State and senior statesman.<\/p>\n
“ODERA, as he was affectionately known, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2023 at the National Hospital in Abuja after a brief illness, surrounded by his family and loved ones.<\/p>\n
