He assured that all PDP leaders and stakeholders from the South-West are firmly behind Ajayi, signaling a strong showing for the party in the upcoming polls.

Governor Makinde stressed the importance of reconciling all PDP tendencies in Ondo State to ensure a unified front, stating that a united PDP is crucial for securing victory at the polls. He expressed optimism that with the support of PDP leaders across the South-West, the party will emerge victorious in Ondo State.

Similarly, Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, highlighted the collaborative efforts of South-West PDP leaders in strategizing for the forthcoming election in Ondo State. He commended Ajayi’s victory in the party primary, emphasizing the PDP’s commitment to democratic processes.

Ajayi, the PDP governorship candidate, expressed gratitude to Governors Makinde and Adeleke, as well as PDP leaders, for their unwavering support. He affirmed the unity and strength of the PDP in Ondo State, assuring victory in the upcoming election.

The meeting, attended by prominent PDP figures including former governors and party leaders, focused on strategizing and reconciling factions within the party ahead of the gubernatorial election.
